Whether your group is 2 people or 100, the Holland Land Office Museum can accomodate. Our staff customizes all tours to meet the needs of the individual group, and often create special itineraries to aid in the creation of your group's tour of the region.

WONDERLAND OF TREES 2004
The annual Wonderland of Trees is just around the corner. This special celebration of Christmas spirit and community will take place between November 20th and December 31st. Register your community business, organization, or group today, and enjoy the free advertising of having your own tree on display at the HLOM. Deadline for registration is October 15th. register

UP~SOUTH BOOK Now Available!

Author Lynda Breckenridge Gaetano's recently released book is now available in the Gift Shop at the Holland Land Office Museum. The Spring Volume of Up~South speaks of the early frontier of Western New York State from early 1800s through 1840s, with stories of young communities and their citizen's strength of spirit and faith, even as they faced the woody wilds of the new County of Genesee.

The Life and Times of Joseph Ellicott
Resident-Agent Joseph Ellicott was considered the single most influential individual in Western New York during the pioneer era. Joseph Ellicott, and his land office, were an integral cog in the economic machine of the Holland Land Company and were responsible for the settlement of roughly 3.5 million acres of land.
