Hamlet of Alabama Center

Rt 77 & Lewiston Rd

Alabama Center is at the crossroads of Route 77 and Lewiston Road. On the northeast corner is the Alabama Hotel, which opened for business in 1840. There was also a general store, a Methodist church, a post office and an I.O.O.F. Hall.
