Beckwith Rd & Pembroke Rd

North Pembroke (Mogadore) is located in the northeast part of the Town of Pembroke, along the banks of the Tonawanda Creek on North Pembroke Road. Harry Stone built the first store in 1812. There was an Odd Fellows Hall located on the second floor of the store many years later. In 1836, Holland Earl erected a flour and gristmill on the southeast corner of Beckwith and North Pembroke Roads.
